Privacy Policy

This Radarys website is operated by COM3 OUTSOURCING & PROJECTS LTDA, Brazilian corporate tax ID (CNPJ) 41.713.237/0001-05. For matters concerning personal data, contact contato@radarys.com.br.

This policy covers browsing and the website's contact channels. Data processing for telemetry device installation projects, CAN Bus integrations, video telemetry and fleet-management system integrations, and contracted services must be defined in the relevant contracts and notices, according to each party's role.

This corporate website does not offer account registration. The contact form sends your data to our support system and you receive a confirmation by email; WhatsApp is an alternative contact channel. Avoid including passwords, sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.

• Contact: your name, phone number, email address, CNPJ and the information you provide when requesting assistance, a demonstration or a quotation.
• Browsing: your IP address and technical information may be processed by hosting providers and external services to deliver pages and protect the website's operation.
• Preferences: your browser stores your choice about optional browsing technologies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
• Optional measurement: when authorized, analytics tools may process information about website use. The purpose depends on the categories selected in the preferences panel.

Depending on the circumstances, assistance may involve requested steps before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or the exercise of rights. Optional technologies that rely on consent depend on your choice. Where applicable, legitimate interests must take account of necessity and the data subject's rights.

WhatsApp, email providers and hosting providers help deliver pages or handle inquiries. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to connect to that provider. Google Tag Manager loads when you authorize analytics or marketing.

Providers may process data under their own policies, including outside Brazil. Processing for which we are responsible must comply with the requirements applicable to each operation. Information may also be provided to authorities where legally required.

Inquiry messages and related records should be retained for as long as necessary for their purpose, applicable obligations and the exercise of rights. There is no single retention period for all categories; you may request clarification about your case.

Access to information should be limited to work-related needs. Our approach calls for measures proportionate to risk and reviews of access permissions and providers. No internet-connected service can offer an absolute guarantee against incidents.

The LGPD provides for confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where legally applicable, portability subject to regulation, information about sharing and consent, withdrawal of consent and objection in applicable circumstances. You may also submit a petition to the ANPD.

Send your request to contato@radarys.com.br, explaining what you need. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity and protect your data. Responses will follow applicable statutory deadlines and explain any limitations.

Changes to the website or data processing may lead to revisions of this policy. The date at the beginning of the page identifies its version; material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
